Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery (Books, Copies and Book Bundles).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You must also include a brief explanation of the reason for the return, as well as your order number.

To initiate a return, fill the Return Form to request a complaint number. You must include this number with your return shipment.

Please note that partial returns will not be entertained. Customer will have to return the complete order if any wrong item/s have been placed.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made to the bank account provided by the customers, and may take up to 15 business days to appear in your account.

Please note that an additional shipping cost may apply unless the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

If you received a damaged or defective item, or if you received the wrong item, please refer to our Exchange Policy for information on how to receive a replacement item.

     

    For Stationery Products

    Return Policy

      • If your product is defective /damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately. Your product MAY BE eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. 
      • You may return most new, unopened items within one (1) day of delivery for a refund. We will not pay the return shipping/courier costs.
      • Please note that stationery products are not eligible for a return/exchange if the product is "No longer needed".

    Valid reasons to return item(s)

      • If the Delivered Product(s) is/are damaged (physically destroyed or broken, to be informed immediately) / defective (dead on arrival, to be informed immediately).
      • If the Delivered Product(s) is/are incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).

    NOTE: Product images shows on our website might slightly differ due to image capturing environment (e.g. lighting, exposure, etc.).

    Conditions for Returns

      • The product must be in its original condition, original packaging, unused, and without any flaws/defects.
      • The product must include all components and accessories.
      • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box. and product must be returned with the shipping label attached.
      • The product must be properly packed for courier so it does not get damaged on its transit back to us.
      • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
