Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our Exchange policy below for more information.

Exchange Policy:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange by filling the Exchange Form.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please include a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange, as well as your order number, when you fill the form.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the exchange. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for items that have been opened or used. 

For Stationery Products
If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, we will ask you for images and we will then refund the value of the damaged product or send you an exact replacement product. We cannot send you a different product as a replacement. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@clover.pk and they will be happy to help you with all the instructions you need.
