Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period:
Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 2 hours of placing the order. We suggest all customers double check the items before placing an order to avoid the hassle of cancellation and re-order. 
An order to be picked up from Clover store, customers are requested to pick up the order within 5 working days of placing the order. After 5 working days the order will be cancelled automatically.  

Cancellation Procedure:
Customers must request cancellation by contacting our customer service team via given contact details. Please provide your order number and relevant details for a prompt cancellation process.

Exceptions:
a. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has begun.
b. Digital downloads or access to online curriculum materials may not be eligible for cancellation once the access link or key has been provided.

Partial Cancellation:
Requests for partial cancellations of an order (i.e., cancellation of certain items from an order) will not be entertained. Customers should request a full cancellation of such orders (within the specified time limits) and place a new order.

Notification of Cancellation:
Customers will receive confirmation of their cancellation request via email or other specified communication channels.

Changes to Orders:
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, requests for changes to the order, including cancellations, will not be catered. There might be administrative fees or additional charges in exceptional cases.

Policy Revision:
This cancellation policy is subject to revision without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website or communicated through other relevant channels.
