Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 2 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You must also include a brief explanation of the reason for the refund, as well as your order number.

To initiate a refund, please fill the Refund Form mentioning account title, account number & bank name to request a complaint number. You must include this number with your return shipment.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made to the bank account provided by the customers, and may take up to 15 business days to appear in your account.

Please note that an additional shipping cost may apply unless the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

If you received a damaged or defective item, or if you received the wrong item, please refer to our Exchange Policy for information on how to receive a replacement item.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
